The 15th IFIP/IEEE Symposium on Integrated Network and Service Management (IM 2017) will be held 8-12 May 2017 in Lisbon, Portugal. Held in odd-numbered years since 1989, IM 2017 follows the 29 years’ tradition of NOMS and IM as the primary IEEE Communications Society’s forum for technical exchange on management of information and communication technology focusing on research, development, integration, standards, service provisioning, and user communities.
IM 2017 will focus on the theme “Integrated Management in the Cloud and 5G Era”, presenting recent, emerging approaches and technical solutions for dealing with 5G and cloud infrastructures, as well as associated services and applications. In addition to this edition theme, IM 2017 will keep a wide range of topics of interest within the field in integrated network and service management, as listed below.

Submission Guidelines
Papers for the technical, application, dissertation digest and demonstration/exhibition tracks should be submitted through JEMS.
Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere can be submitted. Proposals for tutorials, panels and workshops should be sent directly to the respective chairs via email.
To be published in the IFIP/IEEE IM 2017 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full or limited (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented at the conference. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full or limited registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
